Shipping policy
- Ships frozen ( with dry ice) with 2-day delivery — best value when you order 5 or more packs, then shipping is free!
- Please ensure the recipient will be in town on arrival day.
- We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. For orders placed on Thursdays, Fridays and over the weekend we ship your package on Monday morning to avoid UPS delays
- We cannot intercept and redirect packages once they have shipped.
- We don’t ship to PO boxes
- We can't ship to Hawaii or Alaska
